All the staff are very helpful and attentive to guest needs. The location is great there’s many places to shop and eat locally! We enjoy being close to the down town area. We also greatly appreciate being able to have a dog with us!

Everything was great the staff was excellent 👌👍. Bradley I thank you for all your help I appreciate what you did for me you was a great help you're a good person too. Brittany she's the best she make sure I got what I needed helped me out over the phone when I got there she had everything ready that was great.Ms Julie she a wonderful person someone you can talk to she made sure everything be secure and safe on her shift..I just loved my stay it was a cozy quiet. Thank y'all so much for everything keep up the good work and I'll be back soon.

Brittany and Julie have been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve had a question or run into a problem, they’ve handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of—and somehow manage to add a cherry on top. It’s such a relief and a comfort knowing they’re at the front desk. Their kindness and dedication really make a difference in the overall experience here and I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service they provide!

Honestly, any minor imperfection a hotel might have simply fades away when you receive service of this caliber. Brittany is the kind of employee that defines a guest's entire experience, turning a simple stay into a wonderful memory. Brittany is an absolute asset to your team, and her outstanding service is the primary reason I will be recommending to everyone I know particularly women. She’s obviously proficient in all her duties. Can’t wait to be here for a visit and see her in leadership, it’s well deserved.

I love this Extended Stay America Hotel at Naperville IL-East. They have excellent rooms clean and bright with huge kitchens. I'm planning on staying for up to a year here and absolutely thrilled with it. The area around the hotel is safe and very walkable. The office staff (Brittany in particular)is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The room attendants are very competent and efficient. I give this property 5 stars for sure. Bruce R Schoenbein
